Event Day of Coordinating

Our services are available for coordinating all of your special events.

Our coordinating services are $100/hour, with a minimum booking of 4 hours.

A 4 hour deposit is required to book.

Coordinating can include things like running rehearsals, directing guests, decoration setup, placing signage or furniture, coordinating vendors, etc. 

This includes mileage to and from your venue (within city limits), and delivery of any decor you are renting from us. 

Additional mileage fees apply for out of town events.
